Second City to Headline Interactive Keynote at GovRAMP Cyber Summit, Presented by Carahsoft

CHICAGO – July 9, 2025 — GovRAMP today announced that Second City Works, the professional services division of the legendary Second City comedy enterprise, will deliver an interactive keynote experience at the GovRAMP Cyber Summit. The two-day event, presented Oct 2-3, 2025, by Carahsoft, will bring together leaders from across government, cybersecurity, procurement, and the cloud industry for focused collaboration on secure technology modernization.

The keynote titled: “Silos of Excellence – Bridging the Gaps Between IT, Leadership, Procurement & Industry” will take place on October 2^nd at the JW Marriott in Chicago as the summit's opening session.

This unique session is co-sponsored by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) and the Procurement Professionals Alliance (PPA), a collaborative network of public sector procurement professionals. 

Unlike traditional keynote presentations, this interactive experience will combine improv-based learning, facilitated collaboration, and GovRAMP-specific cybersecurity themes to help participants build trust, break down silos, and think differently about how to lead secure cloud modernization across government.
